+How do I buy tickets with Wail?
  • Start by downloading our app and creating an account. Once your account is set up, you can effortlessly buy event tickets directly from the event page within our app. Rest assured, your payments are securely processed through Stripe (www.stripe.com).
  • You can also buy tickets directly from wail.fm, but you need to have an existing Wail account as well, using the same login details that you have in the app.
+Where does Wail store my tickets?
Your ticket collection is conveniently housed within the Wail app under the Account tab. Additionally, after buying a ticket, we’ll send you a PDF copy to your registered email address, ensuring you have easy access to your tickets whenever you need them.
+How do I return a ticket?
Unfortunately, in accordance with Swedish law, event tickets typically cannot be returned. If you encounter any issues with your ticket purchased via Wail, please contact our support team at support@wail.fm. Otherwise contact the event organizer if the ticket wasn’t purchased through Wail.
+What is the Wail service fee?
