This policy explains how Wail handles your personal data and applies when you use services provided through our website, www.wail.fm or associated websites, or when you create an account in our app.
Wail gives you the opportunity to purchase tickets or goods for events that you are interested in via our app. The events are arranged by companies and organisations that Wail cooperates with (“Organizers”). Wail is only responsible for the technical mediation of tickets, which means that Wail, via the app, processes your personal data on behalf of the Organizer. Different Organizers may be responsible for different events. This means that different Organizers are responsible for the processing of your personal data depending on which event you purchase tickets for via our website.
